About Me

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and received my 200-hour teaching certification from Dharma Yoga in March 2016. My classes offer a combination of intention, asana, meditation, and breath work in order to help participants find a safe place for growth, connection, self-discovery, and fun. I believe that one can learn something new during every practice, and my goal is to make yoga welcoming and accessible to everyone.


Current Schedule

Wednesday & Thursday 7-8pm Vin & Yin at Treehouse Yoga Austin


The joined practice of active Vinyasa and restorative Yin yoga invites students to restore their energy, strengthen the body and immune system, nourish the fluids in the joints, encourage organ health, promote deeper sleep, and calm the mind. The yin and yang qualities of this class will help students find a healthy balance in their
 fast-paced, busy lives. The first half of the class will be energetic, while the other half will be relaxing, practiced primarily on the floor with longer held poses and the use of props and blankets.
 

*All levels and ages welcome, perfect for beginners.

 

I will also be subbing classes at 24 Hour Fitness.


Private Sessions

People seek private yoga classes for a variety of reasons. You may want to learn the basics of yoga as a new student, receive individualized attention in a private space, safely modify your practice while recovering from an injury, or master challenging advanced poses. Whatever your reasons, a private session can help you find a custom practice to fit your body and lifestyle. Please contact me for rates and scheduling.
