About Cori

Cori has been practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2016. She completed her first 200-hour training at Dharma Yoga in Austin, TX and a second at YogaWorks in Los Angeles, CA. She lives and teaches in LA and is currently working towards her advanced 300-hour certification with YogaWorks. 

Cori's classes offer a combination of intention, asana, meditation, and breath work in order to help participants find a safe place for growth, connection, self-discovery, and fun. She enjoys introducing new students to yoga and developing creative sequences to open different parts of the body. She believes that one can learn something new during every practice, and her goal is to make yoga welcoming and accessible to everyone.

Current Schedule

Cori lives in Los Angeles and teaches at 24 Hour Fitness (Glendale, Monterey Park, Mid-Wilshire & Pasadena), Gentlemen’s Fight Club (Chinatown), Mockingbird Yoga (Eagle Rock) and the Stronghold Climbing Gym (Lincoln Heights).
