Hi, I’m Cori.

I’m a yoga teacher, a writer, and a digital nomad with a dog named Bailey. I started this blog when I decided to spend a year traveling and exploring new places and opportunities. I trotted around Europe, completed yoga teacher trainings in Texas and California, volunteered with AmeriCorps, and wandered in Asia. But it didn’t stop there… I’ve driven across the U.S. (three times), spent a working holiday in Australia, and somehow ended up on the shore of New Jersey.

All those experiences have given me a true appreciation for living a good story.

I’ve been practicing yoga for about 15 years and teaching for seven. I’ve taught classes in Austin, Los Angeles, New Jersey, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, and El Salvador. I enjoy working with beginners and students who want to deepen their knowledge of alignment. I love doing backbends and handstands, but I’ll never make you try them unless you want to! I have an ongoing meditation practice, and the spiritual side of yoga is very important to me.

I’ve visited 38 countries and met countless friendly faces in all of them. I'm still teaching, traveling, and discovering as much as I can along the way. Follow here if you want to see where this road goes!

Love / Namaste / Palms together,

Cori
